The Envato Marketplace which exclusively sells the WP Cloud Plugins only offers Regular License (terms & conditions) and Extended License (terms & conditions) for the plugin. That means that there currently isn't a single license available that allows you to use the plugin on multiple sites. You will have to purchase separate licenses for each domain you are using the plugin on.
