Why do I get an 404 Invalid redirect_uri_mismatch when using my own App?

Description

This error suggest that the OAuth redirect URIs in your own Google App configuration doesn't match the redirect url required by the plugin. the 

 

Solution

  1. Go to the tab Advanced ->API Application -> Use Custom App on the plugin options page.
  2. Copy the OAuth 2.0 Redirect URI value.
  3. Go to your Google Developers Console.
  4. Configure your App, and paste the copied value in the Authorized redirect URIs field in the settings section of your app.
  5. Save the configuration.


Note
The OAuth redirect url has changed in the past, so check the current redirect url as shown on the plugin settings page: tab Advanced ->API Application -> Use Custom App.
