No, the plugin can only be linked to Cloud Accounts by users which have access to the plugins settings page. Although it would be technically possible to link to accounts of your users, there are no plans to add the functionality due to security reasons.
Your WordPress installation would need permanent access to the Cloud accounts of all the users to use their content on a website. This is a serious mayor security concern in case your website has been hacked.
