Problem
You encounter an error message stating:
Your account isn’t (yet) configured to access this content. Please contact the administrator of the site if you would like to have access. The administrator can link your account to the right content.
Cause: No Private Folder Assigned
This error occurs when the plugin is set to use Private Folders that are manually linked, but the user attempting to access the content does not have a Private Folder assigned to their account.
WordPress Front-End: If you are seeing this message on the Front-End, the module is configured as follows:
WordPress Back-End: If you are seeing this message in the WordPress Back-End, the Private Folders in Back-End
setting is enabled and set to 'Yes, I link the user Manually':
Solution
To resolve this issue, follow these steps:
- Open the [Link Private Folders] menu.
- Find your user account in the list.
- Click on the 'Link to Private Folder' button to assign the appropriate Private Folder to your account.
If you don't want to link your users to a Private Folder, you can disable the Private Folder setting.
